Whew, what a day.
We hit the Paris Catacombs, the Arc de Triomphe and the Paris Opera House, all in one day. The Catacombes were most memorable for me, and most ghoulish. I was kinda nervous going in seeing what the Catacombs would be like. The long buildup is probably the worst part, it's the anticipation ... thinking 'OMG OMG I'm walking into the Catacombs, where they stored the exhumed bones of millions of dead Parisians.
The Paris Opera House was kinda meh, supposedly it is where the legend of the Phantom of the Opera started, but I wasn' that interested in that.
The Arc de Triomphe was hella windy.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm bored of Paris already. Bring on the Netherlands!
